1. Where do you ship to?

We offer free express shipping to US and Canada. Orders are generally processed within 24 hours on weekdays and shipped express with UPS (fully insured), typically arriving in 2-3 business days. Sometimes delays happen. If you have any issues with your order, please email us and our team will be happy to help.

Are you outside of US or Canada? If you're like to purchase a VIEREN timepiece, feel free to email us at hello@vieren.co and our team will help you with your order.

2. What is your return policy?

If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns within 30 days of the original purchase date with a valid receipt. Feel free to email us to make a return request and you will be provided instructions to return the watch back to us.

Please note the watch and packaging must be in its original condition for us to accept the return. There is a $125 restocking fee to service the watch to ensure no performance issues.

3. What warranty policy do you offer?

VIEREN automatic watches are guaranteed against any manufacturing defects for a two-year period from the date of purchase. The two-year limited warranty does not cover (and not limited to) theft or loss, damages from improper use, water damage, and normal wear and tear from aging of the watch that exceeds the retail value of the watch.

4. Do you offer servicing support?

For a long lasting timepiece, we recommend servicing your automatic watch every 3-5 years. Over time, the watch movement could become damaged from everyday wear. During servicing, a skilled watchmaker takes apart the entire watch movement to clean and lubricate each component, and then puts the piece back together to tell time perfectly. This important step will ensure your automatic watch continues to run without issues for decades.

5. Where are your watches made?

We're proud to share every VIEREN automatic timepiece has been crafted by hand for over 6 months at our watchmaking studio in La-Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland. Recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Centre for its outstanding contributions to horology, this historical region in the Jura Mountains known as "Watch Valley" is the birthplace of Swiss watchmaking.

6. Do you offer gift packaging?

Every limited edition VIEREN timepiece comes gifted with a sustainably designed vegan leather watch stand for bracelet watches (or watch tray for leather watches). It fits inside a matte black watch box to showcase modernist style from wrist to home.

7. Do you offer engraving or personalization?

Yes! We offer custom fitting and engraving services on our website. Feel free to add these details directly when making the purchase or emails us with your special request.
