1. Where do you ship to?
We offer free express shipping to the US and Canada. Orders are processed within 24 hours and delivered within 2-3 business days via fully insured UPS. If you're located outside the US or Canada, please reach out to us at hello@vieren.co, and we'll assist with international orders.
2. What is your return policy?
We want you to love your VIEREN timepiece. If you're not fully satisfied, returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Simply contact us at hello@vieren.co to begin the process. The watch and packaging must be in original condition, and a $125 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
3. What warranty policy do you offer?
All VIEREN timepieces are backed by a two-year warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and craftsmanship. This excludes theft, loss, water damage, misuse, and normal wear and tear. For full details, refer to our Warranty Policies.
4. Do you offer servicing support?
To maintain peak performance, we recommend servicing your VIEREN watch every 3-5 years. For long-term care, avoid exposure to strong magnets, extreme temperatures, and moisture. Clean your watch regularly with a soft cloth to maintain its pristine look. Contact servicing@vieren.co for more details.

7. Do you offer engraving or personalization?

8. How do I wind my automatic watch?
To start your VIEREN watch, manually wind it by rotating the crown clockwise for 30-40 turns. Afterward, the watch will stay powered by your wrist movement, with a 44-hour power reserve. If you haven't worn your watch for more than a day or two, the automatic movement will need to be manually wound again to ensure accurate timekeeping. 9. How do I set the time and date?
To set the time, pull the crown to the second position and rotate it clockwise or counterclockwise until the hands reach the correct time. To set the date, pull the crown to the first position and rotate it clockwise. We recommend setting the date between 6 AM and 6 PM to avoid damaging the date-change mechanism.
