If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns within 30 days of the original purchase date with a valid receipt. Feel free to email us at hello@vieren.co to make a return request. If accepted, you will be provided instructions to return the watch back to us.

Please note the watch and packaging must be in its original condition for us to accept the return. There is a $125 restocking fee to service the watch to ensure no performance issues.
