VIEREN automatic watches are guaranteed against any manufacturing defects for a two-year period from the date of purchase. The two-year limited warranty does not cover (and not limited to) theft or loss, damages from improper use, water damage, and normal wear and tear from aging of the watch that exceeds the retail value of the watch.

During servicing, a skilled watchmaker takes apart the entire watch movement to clean and lubricate each component, and then puts the piece back together to tell time perfectly.
