Yes - we offer free express shipping to the US and Canada, typically arriving within 2-3 business days. All shipments are fully insured and tracked.

When your order is shipped, an email confirmation is sent with the shipping courier and a tracking number. Accurate shipping updates will be provided by the shipping courier using the tracking number. Since we rely on shipping couriers for deliveries, sometimes delays can happen. If your package is urgent (e.g., for a birthday), please let us know by emailing us at help@vieren.co and we will try our best to accommodate.

Will I have to pay taxes and duties?

We aim to provide a seamless experience by calculating any applicable taxes and duties at the time of purchase. These additional charges will be included in your total amount when you check out (no hidden fees!).

At VIEREN, we are committed to protecting the environment with sustainable business practices. All of our packaging is designed to be fully functional for daily use. Any shipping boxes or disposable items are eco-friendly and made with recycled materials.

We hope you love your new timepiece, but if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer 30 day returns on our timepieces. Contact us at help@vieren.co within 30 days of your original purchase to make a return request. If accepted, we will provide instructions and a return shipping label for you to send the watch back to us.

Returned watches are inspected in detail before they can be restocked. Any damages or issues caused in the return process will be the responsibility of the customer (up to a maximum of $500). This amount will be deducted from the return amount. If the watch is in good condition, then a full refund will be applied within 14 days of the confirmation.

Please note the watch and packaging must be in its original condition for us to accept the return. A standard return fee of $50 will be charged and deducted from the return amount to cover shipping and restocking.

DO YOU OFFER SERVICING SUPPORT FOR YOUR WATCHES?

We offer 2 Year Limited Warranty on our timepieces. VIEREN automatic watches are guaranteed against any manufacturing defects for a two-year period from the date of purchase. We also recommends getting your watch serviced every 3-5 years and offer support for servicing your timepiece at one of our Authorized Service Centres.

What is your return policy?
