VIEREN was founded in 2020 by Jess Chow to honour over 50 years of Swiss watchmaking within her family. Growing up as the daughter of two watch entrepreneurs who met at Baselworld in the 1980s, Jess was immersed in horology from an early age. Today, as Canada’s first female founder of a luxury watch brand and a proud member of the Grand Prix d'Horlogerie de Genève (GPHG) Academy, she carries forward this legacy by redefining Swiss automatic timepieces for a new generation of watch enthusiasts.

As a winner of Project Runway Canada and founder of the luxury womenswear label VAWK, Sunny infuses VIEREN’s designs with bold modernism and meticulous craftsmanship. Inspired by a cherished rectangular watch gifted by his late father, he draws inspiration from art and architecture to bridge tradition with innovation. Together, Jess and Sunny celebrate the artistry and precision of luxury watchmaking.
