VIEREN ships to over 100 countries worldwide. Orders are typically processed within 24 hours on weekdays and delivered via UPS or trusted international carriers. Delivery times range from 2–5 business days depending on location. For assistance, contact hello@vieren.co.

Yes. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your delivery directly through UPS or the carrier specified in your shipping confirmation.

If you are not fully satisfied, you may return your VIEREN watch within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and returned in original packaging. A $125 restocking fee applies to cover inspection and servicing costs. A prepaid return label is provided. Learn more in our Returns page.

VIEREN does not offer direct exchanges. To exchange, return your original watch following our returns process and place a new order for your preferred model.

All VIEREN Swiss Made automatic watches include a two-year warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and craftsmanship. This does not cover theft, loss, accidental damage, water damage, or normal wear and tear. See our Warranty & Servicing page for full details.

Each rectangular watch features a 41.5 × 27 mm case with a slim 9.2 mm profile. Adjustable stainless steel bracelets and leather straps ensure a refined and comfortable fit. Bracelet links (135–210 mm) and strap sizes are available in Small (140–190 mm) and Large (165–210 mm).

VIEREN rectangular watches are designed as gender-neutral Swiss Made timepieces. With a 41.5 × 27 mm case and slim 9.2 mm profile, they are proportioned to suit both men’s and women’s wrists, offering balanced wearability across a wide range of wrist sizes.

To manually wind your VIEREN automatic watch, rotate the crown clockwise approximately 30 times. After this, the watch will be powered by natural wrist movement and provides a 44-hour power reserve. Learn more in our How to Wind an Automatic Watch guide.

Pull the crown to the second position to adjust the time. Pull the crown to the first position to adjust the date. Avoid setting the date between 3 AM and 9 PM to protect the movement. Find full instructions in our How to Set Time and Date guide.

Engraving can be selected directly on the product page via “Customize Your Watch” or requested via hello@vieren.co. A digital proof is provided for approval before production. Engraved watches require 2–3 weeks and are final sale.
