Returns

At VIEREN, we want you to be completely satisfied with your timepiece. If you are not, you can return your watch within 30 days of delivery with proof of purchase. A prepaid return shipping label is provided to ensure a secure and seamless process.

To preserve the integrity of each timepiece, items must be unworn and returned with all original packaging and materials. Each return is inspected upon receipt. A $200 restocking fee applies to cover inspection, servicing, and quality assurance and will be deducted from your refund.

Please note: customized or personalized VIEREN timepieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
