2-Year Warranty
Each limited edition VIEREN automatic watch is covered by a two-year warranty from the date of purchase, protecting against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
This warranty does not cover theft, loss, accidental damage, water damage, or normal wear and tear. We recommend following the care instructions provided to ensure long-term performance and longevity.
Watch Servicing
To preserve precision over time, we recommend servicing your automatic watch every 3–5 years.
During servicing, a skilled watchmaker carefully disassembles the movement, cleans and lubricates each component, and reassembles it to restore optimal performance. This process ensures your timepiece continues to perform reliably for decades.
